3.2. Agency License: The agency license allows you to use the purchased LinkedIn ad templates on unlimited commercial projects. This is also a one-time payment with lifetime access to the templates.

3.3. All purchases are final, and by purchasing, you agree to use the templates as per the license terms. Unauthorized use beyond the license terms will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. We do not generally offer refunds on purchases unless there is a significant defect in the product that cannot be resolved. If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@flash-ads.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

4.2. Refunds will only be processed if our support team deems the product to be defective and unable to be used as intended. Any download or use of the templates constitutes acceptance of the product.
